Class 2 Music with Mrs Chadwick

Mrs Chadwick has been tiring all Key Stage 2 with her parachute workouts set to music.

 

Red Nose Day

We had a great Red Nose Day yesterday!

Class 3 made cakes and sold them and juice at breaktime.

Everyone dressed up in something funny or something red and there were some very original outfits and hairstyles!

Every class explored what Red Nose day is all about and this culminated in a moving  whole school assembly carried out by volunteers from Class 3.

£133.48 was raised - not bad for 81 pupils!!!

Netball

Our netball team had two tournaments this week and we came first so another trophy for our cabinet!  Well done to all players - you did us proud!  Thanks parents for transporting and support and Mrs Chadwick for organising!  It was bitterly cold and there was a blizzard blowing for the first match!

Our new website is up and running and I am pleased to be able to blog again!

We had a lovely Mother's Day service in school last Friday with a brilliant attendance. 

Our Walk for Life mums raised £110 for breast cancer charity with their cakes and coffee afterwards.
