Such a lot to celebrate this week!
Our Y6 Bronze Sports Ambassadors, Casper and Joseph. They have had two major presentations this week - one where the school received the legacy torch from Barkston school and the other where they had to deliver the legacy torch to Long Bennington school - a full assembly in front of 260 children and staff. Very daunting but they did brilliantly! Great experience for the future boys - we are very proud of you!
Class 2 took part in the annual Grantham Music Festival (non-competitive) and (despite several children not attending due to illness) we were congratulated by the adjudicator - especially our soloists. We weren't allowed to take photos at the event but the children above are performing for the whole school - Brilliant!
Elise Y5 and Nathan Y5 - Elise for superb work on our Geography topic of Volcanoes and Nathan for 'upping his level' - trying harder and being more focused. Fabulous both of you!
Eva Y1, Kara Y1, Olivia Y1 (front row) - all for achieving 100% in their T3 phonics sight and sound assessments.
Back row: Caitlyn Y2 for achieving 100% in her T3 phonics sight and sound assessments, Carl Y2 for settling in well at his new school and Toby Y2 for achieving 100% in his T3 phonics sight and sound assessments
Lexi - Y3, for being more confident when swimming - a very big achievement Lexi!
Our soloists at the Grantham Music Festival - brilliant girls!
